EU 15th sanctions package adds 52 entities; targets machine-tool re-exports

The European Council adopted its latest sanctions package expanding export controls on dual-use items. Manufacturers with Central Asian or Gulf distributors should re-screen counterparties against the consolidated list. Enhanced due-diligence obligations now extend to sub-tier suppliers of controlled components.
